We are renters who just had an annual inspection of our home. The landlord says that there is a gopher problem and we need to take care of it. Isn’t that the landlord’s responsibility? Also, it was that way when we moved in. Anybody know, legally, if it is our responsibility or the landlord’s to get rid of the gophers?
