yea i think so cuz i just did a google seach n it said that it wrks cuz they cant dighest it but it has to be alot so wen u set a TRAP for them again put gum under it so they die

You could do that or you can tape a bit of poison (the pallet form) onto the gum, so they get a double dose.
Or stick a mouse trap in the drawer with the chewing gum as the bait.
