Sick building syndrome.
You can never completely get rid of mold infestations. This would be only thing that would really make me consider moving. Everything else is repairable.
If Pamela Anderson invited me to move in with her after she boots Kid Rock…
A new job in another town. OR if they sold it out from under us.

One of the major reasons for the need to move out of your current home, from the point of view of a professional Feng Shui master of over 25 years of consulting experience, will be the observation and experience that when you’ve tried very hard to improve your so-called ‘luck’ in all areas in life and yet still struggling no matter what you’ve done, then it’s a sure sign for such consideration.
Believe it or not, a lot of times, people end up having moved to a certain home only to find that their whole life is changed to such an extent that they seem to be at the mercy of some unknown ‘force of attraction’ that is beyond their control.
While on the other hand, some will be fortunate enough to move into a new house and all negative experiences or blockages seem to clear up all by themselves.
Hence the need for Feng Shui experts to check upon the new environment before moving in. Can you imagine the whole family moves into a less than desirable home and every one of them runs into blockages that don’t seem to happen as often before?
So, in my mind, this will be the most important reason to consider moving out of the current home.
Hope this helps.
If I’m dead or it is destroyed by a hurricane and then I might live on the lot. Or black mold. Or it is bought via emminent domain.
As u see I love my home.
