mole or vole problem?

If they are voles you can put a mouse killer in the holes. I put a board on top of the poison to keep dogs away. Not all mouse killer will work. I have found that ramik green will work. I think there is one called ramik brown that is better for voles but all I can find is ramik green and it seems to work.
As for moles there are baits to kill them that look like worms.
Voles leave tunnels all over your yard on top of the grass. I notice them in the spring after the snow melts.
