Sprinkle cayenne pepper down the holes.
I had the same problem for years. We use a mouse trap. Put it near the opening of their holes and bait it with peanut butter, moles love it. You have to put a bucket or something on top of the trap so they come out to eat. They won’t come out to eat it if it’s in plain view or in the sun. It will probably take all summer to get all of them, but the over the counter stuff doesn’t work. Cats won’t even kill them, they smell funny and cats don’t like them. I hope this helps and good luck, they can be very stubborn.
